ABOUT THE BURRS

Coach Miguel Bocachica, the 2022 PCL Coach of the Year, has another solid club this year, led by Temple signee Zion Stanford. Stanford averaged 14.5 points, 5.4 boards, and 2.7 assists a game while shooting nearly 60 percent from the floor and 36.7 percent from 3-point range. Adam Clark (Coppin State) added 12.1 points a game last year, while Shemar Wilbanks-Acqui popped in 11.4 points an outing. The Burrs will count heavily on Marcus Branker (WCU) and Isaac Cole.
