ABOUT THE MAROONS

The Maroons were the 1A Virginia state runner-up a year ago, led by Coach Tony Dunford, the Region 1C Coach of the Year. First-team all-state selection Reed Kirtner will lead the way for the Maroons this year, averaging 13.4 ppg last season as a sophomore. David Goode brings 11.7 ppg to the starting five, while Ty Campbell scored 11.3 ppg, and Treyvon Rainey notched nearly 10 ppg as a sophomore.
